We are a bible teaching church, focussed on understanding God’s word together and responding to it. Most of us are involved in bible study groups that meet during the week to support and encourage one another, by discussing a bible passage and praying together. Usually this is linked to the sermon on the following Sunday, as we preach systematically through books of the bible. Our aim is to help one another grow in our Christian lives.
We are a multi-cultural church, drawn together from over 25 different countries. We have one thing that unites us: our desire to know Christ and to make Him known.
We are affiliated with the NSW and ACT Baptist Churches.

A church that I have called home for over 5 years. Centred around the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a mission to know Christ and to make him known locally and around the world. It is a warm, welcoming group of people from many cultural backgrounds and across all ages. I encourage you to come and visit our church.
When I first started checking this community out I found I was consistently surrounded by friendly warm hearted people that are loving to everyone!! Every week I find myself listening to solid bible based teaching in which Jesus is central as Lord and saviour as He took on the debt for our rejection of God and His way once for all :D
Wollongong Baptist Church is a Christian church situated in Wollongong. Churches believe the entirety of the Word of God and worship the Living God, Jesus Christ, in Spirit and truth. Church Services are noted for their anointed preaching and teaching and the signs and wonders that accompany them.
